Youth Fitness: Too young for a gym membership? No problem! Bridge City Combat offers a youth fitness class for youth K-12 to focus on getting ready for sports seasons, athletic tournaments or just to get in shape! This class aims to improve your child’s strength speed and agility!
Adult Fitness: Instead of paying for a generic gyn membership that you may not use , B.C.C. offers instructional training classes in a comfortable environment for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced!
Youth MMA (Mixed Martial Arts): Our Youth MMA class helps with developing the fundamentals of the sport. We focus on every discipline that is most common in MMA training such as jiu jitsu, wrestling, kickboxing and boxing.
Youth Wrestling: We offer wrestling as a way to develop agility, coordination, flexibility and balance. In conjunction our staff will assist your child in building self-esteem self-discipline and a strong work ethic!
Youth/Adult Jiu-Jitsu: B.C.C. offers NO-GI Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes for youth (K-12) and adults! Our goal is to help build confidence in our members by introducing them to the ancient art of Jiu Jitsu “Gentle Skill”. Our Instructors teach submissions, escapes, conditioning, drills, and open mat rolling!! Come learn a new area of self-defense!
Adult MMA: In our Adult MMA class we focus on the 4 main disciplines of MMA (boxing, wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, and kickboxing). We teach the basics and also offer advanced training. Upper body strikes, lower body strikes, takedown defense/offense, ground submissions, kicking techniques, body condition methods, cardio training and much much more! The strict mixture of martial arts helps ensure a healthy workout routine backed by basic self defense techniques.
Competition Teams/ Bridge City Combat Fight Team: Our DOJO occasionally represents our most dedicated members by either sponsoring or assisting in local and out of state Martial Arts tournaments. Currently we offer team invites to Jiu Jitsu tournaments, wrestling tournaments and amateur MMA cage fights
